CHIP, or Coronary Health Improvement Program, is a lifestyle that focuses exclusively on a vegan diet. A vegan diet, according to Webster's Online Dictionary excludes all animal products and by-products. (This means honey, eggs, meat, fish, etc.) It sounds extreme but the CHIP program has shown great results.
